Al-Jazeera released a (unconfirmed) Bin Laden audio tape in which,
among other things, urged his followers to take up the fight in Sudan
against the "crusader plunderers" aka: UN Peacekeepers. 
Apparently Bin Laden would prefer uninterrupted genocide.
