Be Back Soon - Open Thread

I am going to take a break for a few days, as my wife is having surgery Monday.  She'll be in the hospital for a couple of days and then in bed for a few more so I don't know when I'll be back to blogging.

I'll leave this as an open thread if anyone wants to post anything of interest in the meantime.

Moments away from having surgery and the doctor examines my wife and upon learning some of her symptoms have subsided tells her to defer the operation.

Craziness. Whenever there is a window to avoid going under the knife you have to dive through it.

Thanks to everyone who wished us well and prayed for us, I think it may have worked.
