After almost two years it seems they've come up with an acceptable number of American deaths, that being 10 million. Jihad Watch has the details on the Saudi cleric's permission.
I wonder, does bin Laden go around looking for the best deal? Surely there is another Islamic cleric willing to go to 15 million 20 million? How do they come up with this number? Is there some Excel spreadsheet that formulates these numbers?
